For Apple to suggest that the new Mac Pro has had no critics would be a serious case of denial, but Apple have always faired storms in the name of innovation and usually been right.

However early benchmark tests of the Mac Pro ‘trash can’ have given benchmark results that in the words of Mac Performance Guide show ‘yawn inspiring performance.’

So, if this turns out to be the case what will you do? Would you still buy a new Mac Pro or stick with an earlier model and pimp it with mod steroids or move to a PC? Discuss.
