Waves DTS Neural Mono2Stereo

This plugin suite converts mono audio sources into stereo content, which can then be turned into 5.1 or 7.1 surround.

It is designed to assist in the creation of surround content for live broadcast, production and post-production. DTS Neural Mono2Stereo gives you control over how mono elements are positioned and perceived in the final stereo mix. You can render mono channels into stereo for stereo broadcast and streaming. The resulting stereo content can then be converted to 5.1 or 7.1 surround using the DTS Neural Surround UpMix plugin.

Waves DTS Neural Surround DownMix

This plugin processes 5.1 or 7.1 surround content into a 2-channel stereo mix, representing placement across the soundscape as intended by the content creator.

Featuring patented Active Correction Technology from DTS, DTS Neural Surround DownMix is designed to fix common stereo processing issues such as comb filtering and spatial inaccuracies. The result is a natural-sounding stereo mix that authentically replicates the spatial placement of audio cues as experienced in the original multichannel content.

Waves DTS Neural Surround UpMix

This plugin lets broadcast, post-production and mix engineers convert stereo audio to quad, 5.1 and 7.1 surround, as well as 5.1 to 7.1 surround, in cases where original source elements for standard upmixing are not available in the desired multichannel format. DTS Neural™ Surround UpMix provides controls for soundfield width and depth, channel layout, output levels, LFE filtering and final limiting.
