Winner - LiquidSonics Seventh Heaven Bundle & Illusion Reverb Plug-ins Worth Over $500

10 years ago this year Russ Hughes started the AIR Users blog, which morphed into Pro Tools Expert in 2012. To celebrate our 10-year anniversary we ran a competition with a Pro Audio gear and software prize pot worth over $30,000. One of the prizes was a bundle from our friends at LiquidSonics.

The competition closed on December 31st 2018 and we can announce that the winner is Joshua Smilde

“This is a picture of my older brother Roger (left) and me. He's 19 and I'm 16 years old. We share the passion of playing and composing music.

This passion started at a young age when we both learned to play piano and guitar later on. We started composing music at the age of ten using Garageband, after which I developed my producing skills in the years that followed.

At the moment we're busy making our first album. Here's a demo of one of our upcoming songs called 'Julia'. We hope you'll enjoy :)”

LiquidSonics Seventh Heaven Bundle

LiquidSonics Seventh Heaven Professional provides users with the closest native reproduction of legendary Bricasti M7 hardware reverbs. LiquidSonics use their own Fusion-IR processing technology to achieve the closest possible reproduction of these reverbs. This bundle comes with both Professional and “lite” reverb plug-ins.

LiquidSonics Illusion

Illusion is LiquidSonics latest reverb plug-in creation. Here is what LiquidSonics say about Fusion-IR on their website:

This revolutionary new processing technique captures the evolving character of time-varying reverbs using multiple true-stereo reverb streams that are processed simultaneously. The inputs to the convolution streams are modulated and the outputs fused into a rich, captivating space that mixes effortlessly with your music.

Fusion-IRs contain separately sampled early and late reverb components for a level of mix control never before found in convolution reverbs or sample packs.
