Our friends at Waves have today just announced the release of V10, the latest version of their entire plug-in catalogue. Waves V10 is claimed to be all about future-proofing Waves users' sessions. The Waves V10 update is for Waves plug-ins only, Waves other applications such as StudioRack, SoundGrid Studio, MultiRack, eMotion LV1 all remain at their current versions.

If you wish to update your Waves V9 or earlier plug-ins to Waves V10 you will need to be covered by a Waves Update Plan. Visit the Waves website for more information about WUP.

Free Plug-ins Included In Waves V10 Bundles

Waves have included two plug-ins free of charge to Waves bundles covered under the Waves Update Plan:

• Electric Grand 80 Piano added to the Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Horizon, Broadcast & Production, Broadcast and Surround Suite, Sound Design Suite, and Mercury bundles.
• Eddie Kramer Drum Channel added to the Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Horizon, Broadcast & Production, Broadcast and Surround Suite, and Sound Design Suite bundles.
