UJAM Rowdy And Heavy - Are These Virtual Instruments What Your Rock Productions Need?

See this content in the original post

UJAM instruments prefer to think of their virtual instruments as virtual players as as well a bringing great sounding drums, guitars, bass and beats to your productions, they also offer a wealth of styles and musical ideas which can inspire ideas about arrangement and feel which you might not otherwise have considered.

Heavy And Rowdy

My favourite instruments in the range are probably Solid and Royal, this is definitely because they are the best fit for the kind of music I most usually make but I’ve been really impressed by the sounds available in Heavy and Rowdy. Playing in a simple set of chords on an electric guitar using stock plug-ins available in Studio One I audition some of the musical ideas available in Heavy and Rowdy, as so often happens with real players playing together, one change of direction prompts another change from the other “player” and the final destination ends up being very different from the original idea.

This example is the very simplest example possible, with a single pattern being used throughout in both instruments and no editing of the sounds or use of the various fills, variations and the melodic mode in the bass instrument. Things can get far more detailed once a direction is decided.
