Talking Points
What is Speaker Calibration
How is this different to using a graphic EQ across a front of house or monitor mix at a live gig?
Is it wrong to describe what these solutions do as “Room Correction?”
Can changing the gain of frequencies fix issues which exist in the time domain?
What about phase?
Do speaker calibration products actually promote rather than reduce attention to acoustic treatment?
Can you think of a particularly notable example of the use of speaker calibration that you would like to share?
