FabFilter Pro-R features the unmistakable GUI design and workflow capabilities found in previous FabFilter plug-ins such as Pro-Q2 & Pro-C2. This is a good thing as FabFilter products are in a league of their own when it comes to usability.

FabFilter Pro-R is an algorithmic reverb that features some unique controls such as the Decay Rate EQ and Tempo Sync Pre Delay. These are two features that I have instantly fallen in love with as they let me shape the reverb in ways I've not been able to do before in any other reverb plug-in.

Looking at FabFilter Pro-R for the first time you may think that the control set is a little limited. I feel as though FabFilter have given us only the reverb controls we'll actually need rather than pages of controls that we'll never use.

The quality of the reverbs are pristine and are easily shaped into anything between spaces such as tiny wooden rooms to enormous cathedrals. At no point did multiple instances of Pro-R slow my Pro Tools session down.
