Review - DAD AX32 Part 2 - DADman Control Software

In part 2 of this multi-part review Julian looks at the DADman software used to control the AX32. From setting input gain, to routing, to configuring clocking and HDX functionality DADman offers an efficient user interface for the hardware.

Available for both Windows and Mac, DADman is capable of controlling the settings of more than 128 channels of Digital Audio Denmark converters. With recallable configurations and a 384x384 channel routing matrix DADman is the user interface for control and setup of the AX32.

Using an intuitive combination of an overview and a detail matrix. navigating potentially high channel counts is quick and painless. Connected via Ethernet full control of clocking and hardware setup is available. DADman is available from the Digital Audio Denmark website.
